As the industry develops, there is a need for research on durability and reliability in addition to the high efficiency of the core parts of the machine, and the limit also requires a very long time. For example, turbo-type fluid machines, such as aircraft fans / compressors and space rocket propellant turbo pumps, demand a prediction of material properties life over ultra-high cycle cycles. As an Accelerated Fatigue Testing technology, the Time Saving Method of several tens of kHz, which can drastically reduce the application period of new processes and new materials, is attracting attention as an alternative. Therefore, in this study, we tried to compare mechanical properties and ultrasound fatigue test according to Ti6Al4V microstructure of the main material of 100 horsepower impeller parts.
