The purpose of this paper is to provide discussion for the reconceptualization of edutainment. In order to achieve the purpose, we analyzed recently published articles in Korea and online sites (communities, portals, cafes and blogs) related to edutainment. According to the results of the analysis, the online sites turned out to have more aggressive and inclusive concepts on edutainment than that of published articles. Especially, the online sites were highly related with various kinds of experiential learning. Research papers tended to show more conservative concepts on edutainment. Based on the results, it was possible to make a new conceptual model for the re-conceptualized edutainment, six major principles for improving the new concepts of the edutaiment and presented 'Edutainment Park" model as a prototype for the future direction. In the near future, it is advised to have more discussion on the theory and practice about the Edutainment Park for the health and happy future educational systemic change.
