This study aims at helping to enrich infants’ vocabulary through adopting existing studies and new linguistic approaches from a holistic viewpoint and through making the most use of integrated language program (ILP). As a part, I have endeavored to present a systematic frame to increase vocabulary by using all kinds of genres of literature. This study, as the third phase of the attempt, employs the ILP of Composing Children’s-Song in guiding infants, and analyzes consequential results in infants’ linguistic expression, especially their vocabulary, in order to verify the effect. The results after applying the program for increasing vocabulary are as follows: 1) The analysis of vocabulary used by each gender showed that there was (no) significant difference between both genders after taking the ILP. That is, girl infants among experiment groups demonstrated better vocabulary by 8.05, while boy infants by 6.34. Girl infants’ enhancement was larger. And thus, it is concluded that the integrated program has worked effectively to enrich word stocks of experiment groups, and in case of gender, girl infants showed more improvement than boy infants. 2) The analysis of vocabulary depending on ages, when giving fundamental course without the ILP, infants at five showed more increase by 0.76 than infants at the age of four. After giving the ILP, infants of five years of age displayed more improvement by 4.64 than those at four. Total increase of vocabulary was 7.73 at four years old, 7.45 at five. The ILP worked greatly effective to expand word stocks of experiment groups, both infants of four and five years old. 3) The result of analyzing general level of vocabulary of experiment groups and control groups illustrated that the experiment infant group who took the ILP experienced more improved vocabulary than the control group. In particular, their use of vocabulary and linguistic expression showed explicit enhancement in commanding language. It is a good evidence to exhibit that the LIP through Composing Children’s song is a very effective means to enrich infants vocabulary.
