The purpose of this research is to study effect of self-efficacy of immigrant officers on job attitude and effect of job attitude on job performance. The results of this study are as follows: The first, self-efficacy appeared to affect job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job performance. In particular, it showed that self-efficacy has a significant impact on job satisfaction. The second, job satisfaction appeared to affect organizational commitment and job performance. And the third, organizational commitment appeared to affect job satisfaction and job performance. Thus, several strategies are necessary to increase job performance. The first, Members of the organization will be required to be able to have self-efficacy. The second, manager of organization should continue to monitor operating situation of organization. And, administrators should be educating continuously for enhancing competence of members. The third, managers of organization should ensure members can meet job satisfaction and organizational commitment. And Administrators should create an organizational culture so that job satisfaction and organizational commitment can be internalized to members.
