The study aims to develop career group program considering the characteristic of multiculturaladolescents and analyze the effectiveness of enhancing multicultural adolescents’ identity formation, careerbarrier, and career maturity. To achieve this purpose, the study adopts a program development model designedby Kim Chang Dai (2002), and develop the program and evaluate the efficacy of the program. The career groupprogram participants reside in Seoul, the study explores core change experience of group participants based onphenomenological qualitative study methods by Colaizzi (1978). The study result indicates the program iseffective in enhancing the multicultural adolescents’ identity formation, career barrier, and career maturity. According to analyzing participates' experiential change in the program, the result confirms the positive effectand suggests improvement point of the program. The study is useful material and reference when it comes toimprove multicultural career education and raise the effectiveness of policy related to it. Further, the programcan be implemented in communities where serving multicultural family such as multicultural career camp,multicultural career counseling, local multicultural center, etc.
