The purpose of this study is to examine the problems of cyber sex
trafficking and propose plans to cope with them.
currently, there are lots of problems in addressing cyber sex trafficking
such as the shortage of professional manpower, Adhesion problem with
police and prostitution traders, Disposal insufficiency about degeneration
advertisement and degeneration web site, Punishment and regulation
insufficiency about cyber sex trafficking, insufficiency of cyber sex
trafficking Prevention education, confrontation insufficiency about runaway
youths, correction and education program's insufficiency to prevent
recidivism.
Therefore, this study suggests following plans to cope with those
problems.
First, strengthen continuous control and punishment regulation for cyber
sex trafficking.
Second, reinforce cyber investigation subject and improve employment
method for cyber investigation manpower.
Third, necessity of paid police system.
Fourth, strengthen responsibility for degeneration web site and
strengthen the machinery of law and ISP's mutual assistance.
Fifth, reinforce cyber sex trafficking Prevention education.
Sixty, strengthen the pulice officer's ethics education and Improve pulice
officer's job lwtitude test system.
Seventh, strengthen an correction program to prevent recidivism.
