The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between basic psychological needs, enjoyment and school life satisfaction of art middle and high school students majoring in contemporary dance. The subject was a population of 350 art middle and high school students during the period of time November 30, 2015 to December 18, 2015. The data on 272 students were used for actual analyses and data were processed with SPSS 18.0 for Window and Amos 18.0 for correlation analysis, reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the analysis were as follows: First, basic psychological needs had positive effects on enjoyment. Second, enjoyment had positive effects on school life satisfaction. Third, basic psychological needs had not positive effects on school life satisfaction.
