The business model in the fourth industrial revolution era is continuing innovation not only in the manufacturing industry but also in the service industry, and interactive products and services will become commonplace based on the latest data. In this study, factors affecting the intention to use of A.I speaker providing interactive service based on the latest data are divided into product quality, data quality and service quality. The factors influencing the intention of the user to use the artificial intelligent speaker were verified using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). As a result, all factors other than consistency, suitability, and product performance directly or indirectly affect the intention to use.
