Recently, many local governments are planning to build or install tourist structures such as cable cars, limp bridges, and cloud bridges that are under construction. The logic of these municipalities on the whole is the effect of activation of local economy through tourism structures. This is because employment related to maintenance and management of facilities can be created in connection with such tourism structures, and the economic ripple effect is expected to be great, for example, sales of lodging and restaurants around tourist resources are increased. In addition, because it is easy for the local governments to carry out the procedure of the tourism structure, to derive the performance, and to spend the budget, there are cases in which it is forcibly promoted by the administrative purpose or the will of the local mayor. Therefore, the construction of tourism structures should be promoted to maximize the economic ripple effects such as the improvement of the income and the new job creation and the evaluation of the regional tourism development is necessary so as to secure the business competitiveness and competitiveness and efficiently use the budget without duplication of business something to do. This paper examines the advantages and disadvantages of attracting tourists as tourist resources and raising tourism income, and as a part of the tourism resource development policy, the tourism structure is used as a new tourism resource, This paper proposes a solution for this problem.
