본 연구에서는 한국판 Toronto 20항목 감정표현불능증 척도(TAS-20K)의 요인구조를 검증하였다. TAS-20K의 원본인 TAS-20은 3요인 상관 모형이 지지되어 왔으나, 최근 TAS-20의 요인구조에 대한 논의가 제기되었다. 이에 확인적 요인 분석을 통해 TAS-20 연구에서 제시된 모형들을 TAS-20K에 적용 · 비교하고, 채택 모형의 신뢰도와 측정 불변성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 채택 모형의 남녀 부분 측정 불변성이 확인되었고, DIF와 DDF요인 간의 밀접한 연관성과 EOT요인의 구별되는 측면이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 TAS-20K의 요인구조 검증을 통해 TAS-20K의 이해를 증진시키고, 측정 불변성 검증으로 TAS-20K의 성별에 따른 점수 비교가 가능함을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.
