This study aims to examine the effects of obesity, physiological function and body blood index on complex exercise for obese women registered at the Jumping Exercise Center located in S-gu, G-metropolitan city, and this study was conducted with the necessity and purpose of the study in order to see the body changes of obese women for a healthy life and to present it as an exercise program for further improvement. The complex exercise consisted of 60 minutes 3 times a week for 8 weeks in total, and the following conclusions were drawn based on the above results through two measurements before and after the exercise. In physiological function, α-amylase showed a reduced effect, showing a positive effect. In addition, as a result of performing repeated measurement dispersion analysis, it was found that there was an interaction effect only in the measurement period*group. The body blood index showed a positive effect by showing a decrease in TC, but repeated analysis of variance showed that there was no interaction effect in all factors. HDL-C showed an increased effect and showed a positive effect. In addition, as a result of performing repeated measurement dispersion analysis, it was found that there was an interaction effect only in the measurement period*group. LDL-C showed a positive effect with reduced results. In addition, as a result of performing repeated measurement dispersion analysis, it was found that there was an interaction effect between the measurement time and the measurement time*group. TG showed a positive result, showing a reduced result. In addition, as a result of performing repeated measurement dispersion analysis, it was found that there was an interaction effect only between measurement periods*groups. Lastly, in blood sugar, all factors showed an appropriate level, showing a positive effect and no interaction effect. Therefore, it is thought that it is a positive exercise program that can improve the body for women who are worried about obesity. If this exercise is applied in consideration of exercise intensity and time in the long term, it is thought to have a healthy middle and old age.
