The purpose of this study is to examine the changes of body composition, physical fitness, serum lipids before and after jogging and muscular resistant combined training of 12 weeks on the 6 obesity female of 18-19 years old. The combined training during 12 weeks was established to be 9 items, and then the during the 12 week traing period, subjects participated in more than 20 min of jogging, five times a week at the intensity of 60%HRmax, and the method of muscular resistance exercise during 12 weeks was established to practice the training of 3 sets through repeated frequeny of 30 times with the loading of the load was gradually increased by remeasuring 1RM(repetition maximum) every 2 weeks. The results are as follows 1. Weight, WHR, %fat are found to have a significant decrease(p$lt;0.01) of 4.88%, (p$lt;0.01) of 3.06%, and (p$lt;0.05) of 7.15%, in the change of body composition, respectively. And than also, LBM is found to have a significant increase(p$lt;0.05) of 5.1% in the change of body composition. 2. Grip strength, Sit-ups, Vital Capacity are found to have a significant increase(p$lt;0.01) of 8.14%, 6.63, (p$lt;0.01) of 51.84, and (p$lt;0.01) of 22.63% in the change of physical fitness. And than also, Trunk flexion, Trunk extension, Standing broad jump, Side step test are found to have a significant increase(p$lt;0.01) of 56.11%, 12.83%, (p$lt;0.01) of 19.53, (p$lt;0.01) of 26.37% in the change of physical fitness. but Back strength, Closed eyes foot blance are found not to have a significant increase. 3. TC, TG are founded to have a significant increase decrease(p$lt;0.05) of 9.12% and (p$lt;0.05) of 16.72` after training respectively in the change of serum lipids. And then also, FFA is found to have the increase of 43.51, but not to have a significance. Especially, HDL is found to have a significant increase(p$lt;0.01) of 41.26% after training in the change of serum lipids. And then LDL and AI are found to have a significant decrease(p$lt;0.06) of 19.7 and (p$lt;0.01) of 45.89` after training respectively in the change of semm lipids and arteriosclerosis index. As the above results, the jogging and muscular resistant combined training is demonstrated to have a positive effect in the improvement of the beauty, body composition, physical fitness, metabolism of serum lipid in obesity female.
