Report Errors
The study of emotions was conducted with the development of science. That has challenged the classic interpretation of emotions. The constructed theory of emotion, claimed by psychologist Lisa feldman barrett, offers a counter view on the universality of emotion, the existence of fingerprints, and the existing interpretation of emotion as a passive response to external stimuli. It argues that diversity, not universality, is the norm, that physical fingerprints that govern certain emotions do not exist and that emotions are constructed through the concept of emotion formed based on past experiences of external stimuli. Therefore, this study explored the development direction of moral emotion based on these constructed theories, while also exploring the development of the concept of emotion, and also how to apply the constructed theory of emotion to moral education through the re-category of emotion.
