This study conducted to verify the influence of temple food involvement on individual value, experience satisfaction and recommend intention as perceived by temple stay participants. A developed survey was distributed to 400 temple stay participants, and total 316 copies was used for the final analysis excluding unfaithfully respondent and inappropriate responses. This study conducted the demographic analysis to verify the participants" general information, and confirmatory factor analysis, SEM, and AMOS methods were employed to verify the formulated research model. Results of the hypothesis test showed that the contextual and persistent factors among the food involvement factors showed positive (+) influence on economic value, but functional value was not significant. In addition, three factors of the food involvement in the temple had a positive (+) effect on functional value. Three factors of the food involvement in temple-stay were all positive (+) influenced on emotional value. In addition, satisfaction with functional value and emotional value had a significant effect on satisfaction. However, the relationships between value and recommend intention reveal that only economic value was critical antecedent of recommend intention. More specific contributions were described in manuscript.
