This study aims to study the effects of food service company managers on ethical leadership, job engagement and organizational citizenship behavior and to help rethink corporate performance through ethical leadership and management improvement. In addition, the organization provided basic data useful for managing the performance of the organization and its members so that they could experience the happiness of the workplace and continue to perform their duties with enthusiasm for the job, thereby increasing the organization’s performance as well as individuals. As a result of hypothesis verification, first, among the factors of ethical leadership of food service company managers, integrity, fairness, and distributing roles were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job engagement, but people orientation, eco-friendliness and role clarification did not affect job engagement. Second, it was found that the employee"s job engagement had a significant positive (+) effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, among the factors of ethical leadership of food service company’s managers, ethical guidance, distributing roles, people orientation, and role clarification were found to have a positive (+) effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Integrity, fairness, and eco-friendliness were found to have no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Securing the results of food service companies will be one of the most important factors for sustainable management.
