This study is a fundamental study for developing the new operation model of the Art Flower Seeds School, which started in 2008 as a school culture and arts education project by the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service (KACES). It aims to suggest the main development focus and direction of the new operating model that meets the Art Flower Seeds School project's purpose. It is required to devel- op a leading model that can re-establish its identity based on its development to become a differ- entiated and distinctive project. In response, this study identified the Art Flower Seeds School's current status to determine the performance and limitations of its operation and proposed the main directions and tasks for developing a new operating model that meets the purpose of the Art Flower Seeds School. The research method conducted a literature review and literature analysis on the current status of Art Flower Seeds School and related studies and similar projects at Korea and abroad. The complete analysis results of the literature analysis present implications, the main emphasis, and development di- rection of the new operating model development to derive the Art Flower Seeds School project.
