The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of learning motivation and learning strategy by analyzing the relationship between motivation and strategy for learning Korean among Chinese and Vietnamese learners. The statistical analysis of the collected data was analyzed using PASW Statistics 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 statistical programs. Independent sample t-test analysis and Oneway ANOVA were used for each classification variable. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the results. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the effects of learning motivation on listening strategies are: all of the above have a statistically significant effect on employment motivation, study and cultural understanding motivation. Second, the effects of learning motivation on reading strategies are: all of the above have a statistically significant effect on employment motivation, study and cultural understanding motivation.
