The purpose of this study is to examine job and organizational factors affecting the turnover intention of the educational coordinators working at the volunteer center. For this purpose, This study used purposive sampling. I conducted a mail survey from April 26, 2016, to June 30, 2016, for the educational coordinators working at 105 volunteer centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan, Ulsan, Daegu, Daejeon, Incheon and Gwangju. The final analysis used data onto a total of 85 respondents that agreed to participate in the study. The collected data were analyzed by a statistical package SPSS WIN 18.0, and frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were utilized. As a result of this study, First, there was only the working years a significant difference in the level of turnover intention. And in organizational factors, there was gender, age, working years a significant difference in the level of job stress. In job factors, there was only the working year a significant difference in the level of adequacy of wage. In addition, there was gender, age, working years a significant difference in the level of fairness of the promotion process. Second, job factors affecting the turnover intention of the education coordinator were identified job stress, organizational commitment. Third, organizational factors affecting the turnover intention of the education coordinator were identified adequacy of wage. Finally, based on the results of this analysis, specific intervention plans were proposed to prevent the turnover of the educational coordinators.
