After return of Korea’s municipality in 1991, there became a frequent construction of museums in Korea. Due to these active introduction of cultural infrastructure like museums, the local government has begun to set up the cultural identity of its area since that time. Also, in addition to these positive signals, the economic growth enabled people to spent their spare time on the cultural experience. Because of this, many researches on museum space has started since the invigoration of museum. However, it is mainly focused on the exhibition space that has lot’s of visitor’s concerns and this is carried out to maximize the effect of viewing. On the other hand, the number of staff who is actually take care of and administer the museum is also important issue nowaday. Because in addition to construction cost of the museum, the cost of labor become higher recently. However, there is not a certain standard to work out the number of staff and if any, it is not by the rigorous research. This study is to understand what the element of museum effects on number of staff. Through the study, the research proposes a basis for calculating the number of staff that can be accommodated just after construction of the museum.
