As a way to solve a variety of problems due to the deepening of urbanization, the city government and the local governments and enable the village communities support program. By the way, the community is faced with gender issues that may occur to the power imbalance between women and men. community is because the space that can be extended this stereotype gender roles within the family as living space. The study share some space with the community areas and is subject to the need to consider gender equality in terms of value for group members to achieve common goals and values. Therefore, by conducting a gender impact analysis evaluation of the Seoul Maeul community support project aims to propose a gender-sensitive improvements. As a result of gender impact analysis evaluation, following the Seoul Maeul community project to improve gender propose some suggestions. First, with regard to the regulations based systems. Guidelines on the provision of basic research for the committee structure and establish the basic plan to reflect the gender characteristics were proposed to explicitly reflect gender balance participation and gender characteristics. Next, before presenting the implications according to the executive phase of the project proposed education and training is required for gender awareness of the community activists.
