The purpose of study aims to provide basic data for establishing differentiated strategies for human resource development that can improve the level of learning agility and failure tolerance according to general characteristics for hospitality industry workers. In total, 428 cases were surveyed and analyzed by 400 hospitality industry workers who have been working at hotels, resorts, airlines, and travel agencies for more than one year.
The consequences of this research are presented as follows: There were significant differences in learning agility, failure tolerance according to the age and educational background of the hospitality industry workers, and there was no difference according to the type of industry.
This study has the implications of extending the existing study subjects to those working in the hospitality industry and providing basic data for establishing differentiated and customized strategies for human resource development.
