Report Errors
The purpose of this study is to diagnose whether CRC (Community Regeneration Corporation), a key player in the urban regeneration project, can play a sustainable role and to suggest a way to secure the continuity of the project. The factors affecting the sustainability of the Amsa urban regeneration project were analyzed using the four investment factors of the SLEN model: human capital, social capital, financial capital, and ecological capital. As a result, it was confirmed that human, social, financial and ecological capital was organized around CRC and reinvested in capital. In order for an CRC to secure sustainability, it is necessary to secure professional manpower, use a follow-up support system and various financial capital, trust and cooperate with local residents, and prepare a legal and institutional basis for Community Regeneration Corporation.
