A study on the establishment and utilization of employment platforms for the disabled. This study was conducted for the purpose of solving the job mismatch problem of the disabled and establishing a framework for data-based work of the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled (KEAD). As a result of the analysis, the need for data linkage and integration was confirmed.
First, it is necessary to standardize the data to secure the reliability of the data. While establishing new data standards, there is a need to ensure that unstructured data can also be utilized. Second, it is necessary to design a consumer-centered platform by identifying the needs of consumers in the process of building a platform. The existing supplier-centric method does not fit the platform system. Third, organizational innovation suitable for platform operation is needed. Personnel who can be dedicated to the analysis and development of data are needed.
