Purpose : The purpose of this study was to find out the difference in self-report communication skills between the normal and the subjective cognitive decline(SCD) elderly, and to find out the correlation between GICA, CC-A, and K-MMSE. Methods : Participants are classified into normal and SCD elderly through screening tests, and self-report communication skills are examined through GICA and CC-A. Results : First, differences in GICA total scores were found between normal and SCD elderly. Second, a difference in CC-A total score was found between the normal and SCD elderly. Third, there was a negative correlation between GICA and CC-A, but there was no correlation with K-MMSE. Conclusions : It is significant in that it was found that the elderly with SCD had a normal range on a comprehensive neuropsychological examination and subjectively complained of memory problems, the difficulty was found to be subjective appeals in terms of communication.
