Using the Panel Study on Korean children and youth at National Youth Policy Institute, we investigated the effect of experiential activity, social studies achievement, and a sense of community on multicultural acceptance. The results were as follows: Youth experiential activities had a significant impact on social studies achievement and sense of community. Students who were satisfied with achievements in social studies had more possibilities to develop a sense of community. Especially, it was proven that a sense of community had a positive effect on multicultural acceptance. That is, a sense of community would be mediating factor to improve multicultural acceptance of foreigner by Korean youth. These findings have shown that various educational programs should be designed to encourage experiential activities and a sense of community, which ultimately help students attain multicultural acceptance.
