The recent introduction of the high school credit system has raised the importance of new education and changing the appearance of schools into facilities and spaces that fit the direction of future education as new talents are needed to respond to the future society. With the implementation of the high school credit system, new space called "ome-base" was created in high schools. This study aimed to find out if there is an element that can improve students" well-being and analyze it based on features of the Mind and Community within the WELL Building Standard. This study conducted case analyss through photos, videos, articles and guidelines as the main research method, and the following characteristics were derived. First, based on "Mind" features, the resting space and the learning space were established as the main spaces of the home-base, and these two spaces were designed to be clearly separated so that students could have sufficient rest and self-studying In addition, materials that can form nature and calm colors that help reduce stress are melted throughout the home-base space. Based on "ommunity" features, first, various types of community spaces have been formed to various community activities such as meetings, classes, communication, career exploration, and leisure activities take place from small to large scale. Second, universal design is applied to home-base spaces.
