This study was conducted to assess the relationship between learners" presence and lecture satisfaction of a blended learning method with face-to-face classes and non-face-to-face classes in preparation for the hair national technical certification. In 2022, three models were conducted in the form of non-face-to-face/blended learning classes for students preparing for the national hair license exam and the general public. Model 1, for adults, was non-face-to-face/online education with feedback after task completion. Model 2, for high school students, was one face-to-face one class/ four non-face-to-face four classes/ online education and feedback was provided . Model 3 was two face-to-face classes for middle school students, who are new to beauty after task performance and three classes of non-face-to-face/online training, and assignments are followed by feedback. A survey was conducted on the research subjects, and in the non-face-to-face hair national technical certification practice course, on whether the presence, cognitive presence, and social presence affect lecture satisfaction. For questionnaire analysis, G*power 3.1 was used to determine the minimum number of subjects, and analysis was performed using SPSS (ver 25.0). Satisfaction with lectures in non-face-to-face classes, presence, participation in learning, and concentration in practice showed an average of 4.50 points. There was no average difference in lecture satisfaction, presence (teaching, social, cognitive), learning participation, and practice concentration among the three groups (p<0.05). The correlation between lecture satisfaction, presence, learning participation, and practice concentration showed a high positive correlation. As a result, the learners were satisfied if the task performance and feedback were provided together with appropriate online classes, and based on this, more diverse research methods should be developed in the field of non-face-to-face learning.
