China's real estate market has grown rapidly since the 40 years of reform and opening. At the same time, housing prices have also risen several times, and increased housing prices have already become a real problem that cannot be avoided in Chinese society. As can be seen from the bubble economy in Japan and the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, a housing price bubble can paralyze the financial system of society as a whole and cause an economic crisis. Currently, China is at a time when the pace of growth has changed, the advancement of the economic structure, and the diversification of growth engines have become very important. However, the current situation in which capital is excessively concentrated in the real estate market can negatively affect the continuous and healthy development of China's economy. Therefore, in this paper, I would like to examine the development process of the Chinese real estate market, the causes of bubbles in housing prices, and problems with the financial system.
