In this study, the factors that significantly affect the use of e-Government were analyzed in terms of information quality and system quality. The summary of the analysis results is as follows. First, in terms of information quality, it was investigated that the usefulness and clarity of information had a positive effect on the use of e-government. Second, in terms of system quality, it was investigated that the accessibility of the information system had a significant impact on the use of e-government in the negative (-) direction. This means that in order to increase the utilization of e-Government by the people, in terms of the quality of information, the usefulness of the provided information and the clearer the information provided can improve the utilization of e-Government.
