This study aims to develop a disaster safety robots for the purpose of minimizing damage caused by fire, propose education and training techniques and verify their effectiveness. For empirical education and training of disaster safety robots, fire scenarios were developed and 8-way course round-trip training, room search training were presented, which are the basis for robot control. As a result of the training, the room search time assuming a fire situation was reduced by 38.5 seconds on average, and the room search accuracy score increased by 6.4 points, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed education and training technique.
