This study aims to investigate the impact of environmental design-related companies" business strategies and corporate performance in preparation for the upcoming post-COVID-19 era following overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic. Environmental design companies have experienced sudden changes that would typically take decades to occur due to the COVID-19 crisis. To overcome uncertainties and ensure sustained survival, these companies require strategic planning that reads and responds boldly and agilely to the trends of the times, acting as a quantum jump opportunity for innovation.
In the current transition to the post-COVID-19 era, small and medium-sized environmental design companies is trying to improve the best business performance in order to respond to changes by establishing management strategies that are different from before in corporate management.This paper explored and conducted an Environmental Design Company I as the focal point, analyzing the factors of the management strategies that achieved a quantum jump, divided by business model pivots of the new strategy, categorized by different management approaches. This manuscript employed the ERIS model analysis technique to examine the results of corporate analysis, aiming to identify consumer needs in the current environmental design market. Also, determine the Entrepreneurship strategies required to maintain a competitive advantage in rapidly changing times and contribute to establishing competitive power for similar environmental design companies in the post-COVID-19 era through cultural management that combines a new form of content media and environmental design. Based on a similar case study of Company I, overcoming challenges through survival-oriented management strategies achieved innovation from a new perspective through a quantum jump and impact of consumer trends.
