The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among internal branding, perceived organizational support, and innovative behavior in order to promote innovation within public sport organization. To achieve this goal, the internal members of domestic public sport organization were selected as the study population, and a survey was conducted over approximately two months, targeting a total of 305 people. The sample for the survey was extracted using a convenience sampling method, and data analysis was conducted on a total of 248 respondents out of the collected data. For the analysis of the results, SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs were used to perform frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability analysis using cronbach"s alpha, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows: First, brand value, brand management culture, and internal communication among internal branding positively (+) affect perceived organizational support. Second, perceived organizational support positively (+) affects innovative behavior. Third, brand knowledge, brand value, and internal communication among internal branding positively (+) affect innovative behavior. Therefore, to promote innovation in public sport organization, it is necessary to identify the sub-factors of internal branding within public sport organization and understand the relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative behavior. This will help devise strategies to elicit innovative behavior from the internal members of public sport organization.
