Housing services that show the effect of improving residential settlement conditions were actually judged and evaluated in terms of cost and efficiency. In this regard, there have been many prior studies, and the implementation of customized and optional housing services is being discussed. This study conducted an analysis through a questionnaire on preferred and non-preferred housing services in convenience facilities and areas with insufficient main infrastructure. Preference for life-friendly commercial facilities and access to essential living facilities were selected rather than the provision of special facilities and ordinary residential services, and it was found that they were willing to pay the appropriate cost and burden of consumer goods if they were essential for life. Housing services that are positive for defending the trend of the times and lifestyle should be provided, and service facilities should follow the trend. Therefore, when constructing an apartment complex facility using the results of this study, if a program-oriented residential service is planned rather than a facility by reflecting density, convenience of use, and essential living requirements, the satisfaction of residents should be effectively increased.
