Meta analysis was used to derive results to investigate the influence of educational service quality of arts and sports affiliated educational institutions on satisfaction. Based on the research results, the conclusions of this study are as follows.
In order to comprehensively identify the influence of educational service quality factors on satisfaction, academic journals and dissertations published in Korea from January 2010 to June 2024 were selected, and 6 dissertations and 5 academic journals were selected as the final analysis subjects according to the selection criteria. The data processing method used the program R, Excel 2016, and CMA programs, and publication bias tests and effect size verification were conducted.
First, the overall effect size of educational service quality on satisfaction was confirmed to be very large.
Second, according to the sub-factors of educational service quality, the effect size on satisfaction was the highest for the price factor, followed by the leader, educational program, and external service.
Third, there was a statistically significant difference in the influence on satisfaction depending on the type of publication.
