There are many colleges and universities which require students to attend chapel as one of the required subjects in Korea. The chaplains and chaplains' office workers of the universities and colleges which offers the chapel as a requirement in the semesters must check the students attendance at the chapel time and evaluate the record to give credits to the students. Because the number of the attending students are thousands, the
attendance checking, record evaluating, and credit giving processes are not easy. But the processes require accuracy int the course of the work for it is much related to the credits of the students. So chaplains in the colleges are much concerned with that matter. The author tried to search the methods which the christian colleges took for the purpose, and introduced the detailed method of Induk Institute of Technology to which the author belonged. Conclusively, the author provides ideas and methods for the checking attendance and for processing the records more effectively and prays for better chapels at the campuses to evangelize the students.
