Nowaday, biophilosophy or the thoughts of life are in fashion. It can be the reflection of the environmental and life crisis in our time. To settle these crisis, it is urgently understood with accuracy. This essay starts with an idea that bounds up the concept of life with the realms of philosophy and religions. It quests about for the meaning of life in the fields of philosophy and religions. To make clear the bounds of problems and solutions, it studies the concepts of Heaven and Interchange as the main theme, and brings the origin, currents and limits of Chinese Humanism to light. Based on the severance event of Heaven´s connection with Earth(the word of the Chapter LuXing on the Shangshu), it deals with the meaning of Gonghe regime from 841 B.C., the meaning of the chronological writing started in Gonghe era and its connection with the Chunqiu. In addition, it treats the implicature of Confucian Humanism. Not only did Neo-confucianism recover the meaning of Interchange to Heaven, but also fall heir to Confucian Humanism. The former is positive, but the latter is limited. It might be due to the Neo-confucian double attitudes on the Zhouyi and Zhongyong. For carving out the future of biophilosophy, we have to abandon the restraint of Chinese Humanism and Confucian Humanism, and rediscover the ancient meaning of Interchange again.
