As we know, Chosun Dynasty is Centralization of power system. Not just King's mother century. To be without question, everything in that time King's control structure. As we know, the Chosun Dynasty is Confucian Society. Therefore Restraint of King's Ruler from Confucian scholar and Bureaucratic government.. However Actually every hole power came from King's hand. And Bureaucracy always depend and support to the King. So King's safely is that people's to be peaceful. That means King's every day time schedule must be protect from any kind of Damage. All period of Chosun Dynasty King's Guard system is very importment matter. So I observed this King's Guard system. Then I found this materials for study, one of the collections of the Academy of Korean Studies Jangseogak(藏書閣).
This thesis is to study the history of King's Guard system in the Late period of the Chosun Dynasty. It specially nineteen century about King Sunjo(純祖) and King Heonjong(憲宗). The King's Guare system is part of the Military system. The military system, 19 century's Chosun Dynasty was very wick, disordered and derangement. In spite of the change the military system, and after Several times Foreign invasion, Chosun Dynasty style and contents not change.
And I found book of King's Guard system, about 19 century. The book name is Chongyungchong-Hanghangdunglok(『摠戎廳幸行謄錄』). That showed King Sunjo & Heonjong's Guard system. Chongyungchong-Hanghangdunglok(『摠戎廳幸行謄錄』) bascially adopted the military procedure that equally utilizes infantry units, cavalry units and war-moblies at the same time, which shows the military procedures of the Chosun Dynasty were finally able to deploy and mobilize all these elements altogether efficiently, achiving the Chosun-orented Owi(五衛) system.
Finally, I think I thought, basicly Chosun Dynasty King's Guard system Chosun-orented Owi(五衛) system. Those system used Jinbeob(陣法). That came from the book of Change.
