Focusing on the conversion of a comics into a scenario at the level of written text, this paper examined the adaptation of 〈Tazza〉 (a comics). When the original work is converted with scenario, the power which is basic includes from grammar of genre. The scenario borrowed voice over explanations and flash back which are the representative quality of noir genre. 'Goni steals the money of the older sister and gambles.' The first power of narration is started from this event. To leave only this, the scenario removes the set of the original work. The time of scenario changes and it is the natural. Also the subject consciousness was changed simultaneously. The subject consciousness of the original work pays attention in justice and attitude of the life which is seeking after truth. The subject consciousness of scenario touches the territory of justice partially but pays attention in free desire. With the original work differently the end which Goni does not discontinue a gambling shows this clearly.
