This study was conducted on potential tourists who watch TV programs in order to grasp their change in visit desire between the time prior to visit to filming location (tourist spots) and the time after watching TV image, and to analyze influence which their change in image of tourist spots gives on tourism expectation and satisfaction, and then to look into the determination factors of their intention to revisit the spots again. In order to achieve above target of the study, both theoretical and empirical research were conducted.
Thus, following results are drawn;
First, it is known that due to broadcasting of tourist spots through TV variety shows, people became more interested in tourist spots;
Second, broadcasting of various shows increases desire of potential tourists(viewers) to visit the spots and then, attracts them to visit or revisit the places. According to the study, tourist spots and accommodation facilities are the ones which meaningfully approach tourists among such various shows.
Third, it is known that expectation created from continuous broadcasting of tourist spots induced their visit to the places and tourists were satisfied with visit to the tourist spots.
