The purpose of this study was to the influence of sport activity participation on school life adjustment and self-fulfillment of youth. The study examine the relationship between school life adjustment and self-fulfillment according to participation type and participation degree(intensity, frequency and duration). The subject of this study were selected 597(324 participants, 273 non-participants) who youth by the method systematic stratified cluster random sampling in sport activity participated in Ulsan metropolitan city. The survey questionnaires were used to collect data. The questionnaire designed for this study were consisted of school life adjustment and self-fulfillment. The statistical method employed in this study for data analysis were t-test and multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study were as follows : First, Participation type in sport activity of youth increase the school life adjustment more participants than non-participants. Namely, the higher the sport activity participation, the higher the school life adjustment. Second, Participation degree in sport activity of youth influence on the school life adjustment. more participants than non-participants. Namely, the higher the intensity, the more frequency, the longer duration, increase the school life adjustment. Third, In the participation degree in sport activity of youth, intensity influence on the ability development and realization of a target ideal, frequency influence on the ability display, and duration influence on the realization of a target. Namely, the higher the intensity, the more frequency, the longer duration, increase the self-fulfillment
