This is a qualitative research that was based on teachers experience at the daily aerobics class. The purpose of the study is to indirectly experience the atmosphere of the class and understand the meaning of the experience. And also, this research contains participants story to tell the necessity meaning of the daily aerobics classes. There are five research participants who are qualified as aerobics teachers. The data was collected by observation along with interviews from January 2015 to June 2015. During the process of data analysis, the research participants had another process to assure that this study is trustful and logical. As a result, people will find their ways to become an aerobics teacher. According to research participants, they have become an aerobics teacher for the purpose of weight loss, aerobics boom, and invitation from the aerobics club or even an incident. People have to get the exclusive train program to become an aerobics instructor. Based on the research participant’s experience, future aerobics teacher will frustrated many time due to many natural conflicts with people. But, eventually, they will realize that aerobics instructor is what they really want to be. Research participant’s experience will motivate people to put countless efforts to become an active aerobics instructor.
