Combined with images, subtitles are a text-based visual element that increases communication. When combined with images, subtitles can surpass the limitations of image-supported language and secure the efficiency of language education. When limited in terms of Chinese language, subtitles can relieve prejudices and fears in approaching language. Chinese+Hanyu Pinyin multi-subtitles increases the ability of beginners to understand Chinese, cultivates in real-time the mutual communication ability between Chinese and Korean in combination with the concreteness of images, and has the advantage of simultaneously conducting image language learning and semantic interpretation. Therefore, the combination of image and subtitle can be said to positively affect learner motivation, and is the premise for accommodating the contents of the images with more depth.
Educators can actually access and understand subtitle types, production, editing, conversion, level(HSK) subtitles, combined image+subtitle services, and subtitle utilization through a general approach toward subtitles. Images, multi-subtitles, sound and multi LRC subtitles provide the optimal conditions for Chinese language education and learning which mutually combine the advantages of multimedia and subtitle texts. This allows educators dealing with the Chinese language to freely operate both image and subtitle so as to overcome the Chinese language barrier and furthermore operate subtitles at each stage using various methods, which in turn have the collateral effect of cultivating Chinese listening skills.
