This article focused on the threats to deteriorate faced by the Malaysian Chinese primary schools, namely National-type Chinese Schools. Since the issues of medium of instruction in National-type Chinese Schools in 1983, the policy of strengthening the National Schools in 1990s, these education policies of the government have brought a series of problems and challenges to the Chinese education. In this regards, Dong Jiao Zong, the Chinese Communist Youth League and the Chinese education fighters to by all the way adhere to the Chinese education for equal rights and non-perishable faith, was has never wavered.
From the 3M system implemented since 1980s to the Vision School plans issue in 1990s, the Chinese community were taught to make timely protest and resistance. Their actions do not slack ultimately make Chinese education stand on a small piece of land in Malaysia, which continue to exist, and heritage the Chinese culture; and Dong Jiao Zong in its efforts to struggle for the survival of the Chinese education process, has become a politicized NGO.
