A leadership is very important in business organization as regarded in the same light with management itself. The reason is the leaders in organization play a significant role that has an important influence upon the efficiency and products of organization. The leaders raise the morale to contribute to accomplish the purpose of organization by showing their influence to the members and activating their latent faculties. Accordingly, this study tried to reconsider the efficiency of organization by understanding a leaders' behavior according to business conditions by analyzing the degree of members' satisfaction. These are the results of this study based on its purpose. First, directive leadership holds a large majority in a big busimess, and the type of effective leadership is an achievement-pointing leadership. In a small business, actual leadership accords with an effective leadership as a supprtable leadership. In the case of business type, a directive leadership holds in great. It was proved that supportable leadership in insurance and financial business, and achievement-pointing leadership in manufacturing and trading business are effective. In the category of post, a directive leadership also holds a major part. In the mean time, it is examined that participatory leadership in strategic and managemental post, and supportable leadership in productional and business part of post are dominant. After all, it is analyzed that there is a gab between desirable leadership and real leadership. Next, in the degree of satisfaction for their superiors' leadership type, it was cleared that satisfactional degree is low without any concern in business scale, business type, the post of duty, and the time of service. On the other hand, men are satisfied with their own leadership type rather than women do, and a person who has higher position, age and academic background was not satisfied with their leadership type. So it can be pointed out as a kind of problem.
