This research is to provide the useful implication in managing dessert cafe to identify the relationship between the information quality, custom information, service quality, system quality, and model of technological acceptance for mobile cafe applications and their effect to its perception of the causal relationship to continuous usage intent. The covariance structure analysis has been implemented for the hypothesis verification; the summarized verification result is as follows. First, perceived ease is significantly affected by mobile application’s custom information and system quality. In contrast, information quality has no effect on perceived ease. System quality and service quality of Mobile dessert cafe applications are analyzed having a significant positive effect on perceived ease. But, information quality and custom information have no significant effect on perceived ease. Second, information quality, custom information, and service quality of Mobile dessert cafe applications are analyzed having a significant positive effect on perceived intent to use. But system quality has no significant effects on perceived intent to use. Third, perceived ease and perceived usefulness, these sub concept of technological acceptance of mobile dessert cafe do have positive effect on continuous intent to use. Therefore, based on analysis, it provides the implications to dessert cafe.
