The purpose of this study was started to define the effect of satisfaction with participating in sports event on organizational commitment and devotion. 5 enterprises which have experienced in operating recreation and sports event at least 1 time a year were chosen for this study and 732 people of sample were used in analysis. We used the questionnaire of this study after inspecting of confidence and propriety through a preliminary inspection. With the collected data, we used multiple regression analysis method to find out the relationship of the satisfaction with participating in sports event and organizational commitment & devotion. The specific results are as follows. First, public devotion, individual achievement, social recognition influence very positively on the attachment to and the pride of the organization. Second, individual achievement, social recognition influence very positively on the effort to and the intention of the behavior about the organization. Third, public devotion, individual achievement, social recognition influence very positively on value devotion. Forth, individual achievement, social recognition influence very positively on long-service devotion.
