The present study is designed to test the stress coping model in terms of ecological system theoretical view as growth, development, and adaptation for children and adolescents. For this reason, this study is to examine the direct and indirect effects of stress, self-esteem, family intimacy, teacher support, and community support on the life satisfaction of children and adolescents. The study also verifies multi-group analysis. In the process, the parameters differences among school stages elementary, middle, and high school are confirmed in terms of growth and development of children and adolescents. For this research, I use 2013 data collected for children/youth mental health improvement research by NYSPI Youth and Children Data Archive. A total of 9755 data about elementary, middle, and high school students are analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows; First, the stress has a statistically significant negative direct effect on self-esteem, family intimacy, teacher support, community support and life satisfaction. Second, self-esteem, family intimacy, teacher support, and community support are found to be stress-relieving factors as stress-coping resources. Third, the results of multi-group analysis have statistically significant parameter differences among the elementary, middle and high school stages.
