Nowaday, the institute for research in Humanities which is held by Tomiya Itaru(冨谷至) has started in 1950s. About 60years ago, the tradition of the research group of Han Bamboo had begin. Through 1960s to 1970s China had Cultural revolution and because of that the research of their Han Bamboo could not be done but Japan did the research I think join research is based on individual's high quality of their own research. Researcher who is doing their best and knows what they are doing can also work on popularization of their knowledge I can find those researchers in here kyoto more than in Korea. Researcher in National research foundation of korea works very hard. However, based on what I think, they are only trying to write their own paper and not working each other. In here kyoto research group they do work on their own paper but also work and talk to each other about their research every week. Therefore, they can actually get the essence of why they are having the research group. When they start to work on something, it takes 3years to 5years. If they have a big project it can take 10 years to 20years. I think research group in korea has lack of these things; talking, working each other and drawing a big picture of their research. I hope we can find the problem and not scared of change things, make better result on research based by working together with our professional knowledge that we have been kept ourselves.
