This paper inspects and analyzes the factors affecting skill/service/customer satisfaction of beauty shops and their correlations. The results of the analysis, based on the research method using the Structural Equation Model, are as follows: Both the shop internal environment factor and shop external environment factor have a significant effect on service satisfaction. The hair skill factor had a significant effect on skill, service and customer satisfaction. The price factor had a significant effect on service satisfaction and customers' intentional continuing trip to a beauty parlor. The employee factor had a significant effect on skill/service/customer satisfaction and customers' intentional continuing trip on purpose to a beauty shop. Skill, service and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customers' intentional continuing trip to a beauty shop.This analysis serves to provide the information to improve beauty shop customer satisfaction and service quality.
