One is that "the indirect - p rincipal offender is different from the "complicity" What is substanititiality to be able to treat it and " Principals " alike ? And the others is problem which fixes rightly " the concept of principals" to com bine " the indirect - principal offender " with " principals ". In order to approach the criminality of the " the indirect - principal offender ", first of all we must not only study on the substance of the " the indirect - principal offender " from the factual point of view but also approach its criminalty from the legal point of view.
